Both experiences matter. I'm especially interested in adult, US-based iPhone users who train regularly, including white and blue belts.

- Thinking of an earlier class, did you revisit a note or look anything up before training again? What happened?
- What makes you stop taking or revisiting notes? If you don't take notes, what do you do instead?
